When your project is finished and the final balance is paid, delivery happens right inside your existing conversation with us — no waiting on emails from unknown addresses.
Delivery methods
- Discord ticket — the default. Files are attached directly or shared via a private download link in your project channel.
- Email — available on request, useful for larger archives or business records.
- BuiltByBit — store purchases are delivered instantly through your BuiltByBit account's downloads section.
What's included in a delivery
- The final product files (plugins, configs, designs, or site files)
- Installation or setup instructions where applicable
- Source files, if your package includes them
- A short summary of what was done and any credentials or settings you should change
If your download link expires
Download links stay active for 90 days. If yours expires, just reply in your original ticket and we'll re-upload the files — as long as your order is on record, you'll never lose access to what you paid for.
Keep your own backup. We retain project files for at least 90 days after delivery, but we recommend saving your files somewhere safe the moment you receive them.
