Revisions are a normal, expected part of every project. Our goal is that you love the final result — not that you accept the first draft.
What's included
Most services include two rounds of revisions at no extra cost. Larger projects (full server builds, big brand packages) may include more — your quote states exactly how many rounds your project includes.
What counts as a revision
- Tweaking colors, spacing, or layout on a design
- Adjusting values, messages, or behavior in a plugin or config
- Swapping placeholder text, images, or branding
- Fixing anything that doesn't match the agreed scope
What counts as new scope
- Entirely new features that weren't in the original quote
- A complete change of direction after work is underway (e.g., a new gamemode or a different brand concept)
- Changes requested after final delivery has been accepted
New scope isn't a problem — it just gets quoted separately so everything stays transparent.
How to request a revision
- Review the delivery carefully — test it on your server or view it at full size.
- Send one message listing every change you want in that round, as specifically as you can.
- We apply the changes and send back the updated version for your approval.
Tip: Batch your feedback. Ten small messages across three days burns through revision rounds and slows everything down — one organized list gets you a better result, faster.
